RETURNS

I hope you love your purchase as much as I do.  In case you don't, I am happy to take it back so that it can make its way to a new home. 

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, and properly packaged and shipped back within 14 days of receipt.  Any shipping charges incurred in the case of a return will be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Additionally, original shipping charges will not be credited back to the customer; only the purchase price of the item itself.  Please contact Chris-T for a Return Authorization before sending an item back.

SHIPPING

We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping & Handling in the U.S. is a flat rate of $14, with a discounted rate of $6 for additional items in the same order.

Your order will ship within 1-7 business days and you will receive a notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

susustudio is not responsible for misplaced or damaged packages.
